I work with adults navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, and major life transitions. Many of my clients identify as neurodivergent or are newly exploring that language and want a therapist who understands how neurodivergent (ND) traits shape daily functioning, relationships, and stress. I also support clients experiencing intergenerational and cultural dissonance, especially when family expectations conflict with personal identity, autonomy, or emotional needs. I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) with training in supporting autistic and ADHD adults across diverse presentations. My approach is active, compassionate, and grounded in research. We work together to reduce shame, overwhelm, and self-criticism so you can access clarity, regulation, and a more confident sense of self. I prioritize curiosity, collaboration, and a therapeutic relationship where you feel understood and supported. You can expect integrated, skills-based, and solution-oriented interventions that honor your neurotype and your lived experience. If you’re seeking a grounded, affirming space to understand yourself and move toward meaningful change, I invite you to reach out.
