When we find ourselves at a low point in life, it can be hard to know how to move forward. If you want to feel more connected with a loved one, restore broken relationships, find more meaning in life, or learn more about yourself, you are in the right place. I work with individuals, couples, and families to address communication, relational conflict, depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, trauma, low self-esteem, and other concerns you may have. As your therapist, I want to work alongside you to identify goals and remove any obstacles that are keeping you from reaching them. I utilize a combination of techniques to support my clients. These techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed therapies, systems theory, and the Gottman Method. My approach to therapy is client-centered and tailored to your individual needs and goals. Our therapy sessions will be compassionate and a place for growth, exploration, and change. For clients who are open to Christian counseling, I also find it helpful to explore faith as an important part of the healing and change process.
